About Vuong Ho,

Vuong Ho has over 15 years of hotel management experience in Australia, predominantly in his capacity as group Financial Controller of upscale hotels and resorts which operated under luxury boutique hotel brands, as well as internationally recognised brands under the Starwood and Accor collection. His track record reflects consistent ability to analyse and optimise financial performance, enhance operational efficiency and support strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to entering the hotel industry, Vuong was engaged in leadership roles in construction, development and financial management in Vietnam. In Australia, Vuong began his hospitality career with a private investor who was solely focused on operating luxury boutique hotels and resorts in regional NSW. The investment evolved from a small portfolio of 2 hotels with 90 keys, to a thriving collection of 7 luxury regional properties with over 300 keys. Throughout this journey, he worked closely with the key stakeholders, actively built and led high-performing finance teams, and supported end-to-end financial operations.

A results-driven leader, Vuong is recognised for his analytical skills and laser focus, fostering vision alignment, and motivating cross-functional teams towards shared financial objectives. His expertise spans finance, hotel development, and human resources. He is also proficient in a wide range of hotel systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS), accounting platforms, and payroll systems.

Vuong holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne. His broad industry knowledge and leadership acumen make him a valuable asset in both operational and strategic hospitality environment.
